1. Eligibility & Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
2. Purchases, Billing & Authorization

All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or availability issues.
3. NO REFUND POLICY – ALL PRODUCTS & SERVICES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, OR EXCHANGES, except as expressly stated for damaged or lost physical products below.
This no-refund policy applies to all products and services, including but not limited to:
Digital products and downloads
Courses, programs, memberships, and subscriptions
Coaching, mentorship, consulting, and services
Virtual events, virtual tickets, online conferences, livestreams, webinars, summits, and replays
In-person event tickets and add-ons
Lack of use, partial use, missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, or failure to achieve results does not entitle you to a refund.
4. Digital Delivery (Including Virtual Events)
All digital products, services, and virtual events are delivered electronically and are considered digital delivery, including but not limited to:
Online courses and training programs
Coaching, mentorship, and consulting services
Digital downloads, eBooks, audiobooks, templates, worksheets, and replays
Memberships, subscriptions, and community access
Virtual events, virtual conferences, virtual workshops, webinars, livestreams, and online summits, including access links, recordings, replays, and event materials
Delivery may occur via email, user account access, or third-party platforms.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring access to the delivery platform. Failure to attend a live virtual event or access digital materials due to your own technical limitations, scheduling conflicts, or incorrect information does not constitute a failure of delivery.
ALL DIGITAL DELIVERY ITEMS, INCLUDING VIRTUAL EVENTS, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-CANCELABLE, AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
5. Subscriptions & Payment Plans
Subscriptions
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the stated interval until canceled.
Cancellations must be requested at least three (3) business days before the renewal date by emailing accounting@noellerandall.com. Late cancellations may result in continued charges.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are commitments to pay the full amount. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access, and you remain responsible for the unpaid balance.
6. Shipping, Physical Products & Exchanges
Physical Products – No Returns / No Refunds
Physical product sales are final once shipped.
Damaged Items – Exchange Only
If a physical item arrives damaged, you must notify contact@noellerandall.com within 7 days of delivery and provide photos. If approved, you are responsible for return shipping. A replacement will be sent after verification.
Lost Shipments
If a physical shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace the item at our expense.
Discretionary Physical Product Refunds
If we approve a refund for a physical product at our sole discretion:
The item must be returned first
You are responsible for return shipping
Refunds are issued only after receipt and inspection
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting accounting@noellerandall.com violates these Terms.
If a chargeback occurs, we may:
Immediately terminate access to products, services, or accounts
Contest the chargeback with documentation
Hold you responsible for dispute fees
Digital delivery, including virtual event access, constitutes full fulfillment of the order regardless of attendance or participation.
8. Event Recording & Likeness Release
By participating in any live or virtual event, coaching call, group program, workshop, mastermind, interview, or community interaction, you acknowledge and agree that sessions may be recorded.
You grant Noelle Randall Inc. a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, voice, likeness, image, written comments, or participation for business, educational, or promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in recordings, you are responsible for disabling your camera or microphone or refraining from participation.
9. Community & Group Program Rules
Participation in any community, membership, or group program requires respectful conduct.
You agree not to:
Share or resell content or materials
Record sessions without permission
Harass or solicit other members
Violate confidentiality
We may remove you from a program or community at our discretion. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.
10. Testimonials & Feedback License
By submitting testimonials, reviews, feedback, messages, or success stories, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for marketing, promotional, educational, or business purposes.
Testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee results.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not violate laws, impersonate others, interfere with site functionality, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or misuse the Website in any way.
12. Educational & Earnings Disclaimer
Content is for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees of results or earnings. Nothing on this Website constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.

16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, or platform failures. No refunds will be issued due to force majeure events.
17. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, not in court.
You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action. Arbitration will be conducted under AAA rules or another agreed provider. We will cover reasonable filing fees where required by law.
This provision survives termination.
